  1. 1) Ontario incentive through Save On Energy- $860/kW on systems 50kW AC or larger. Current manual modeling ability only calculates DC, Needs option for AC calculations.
    2) Canadian Carbon Credits- Add ability to model carbon credits for Canadian clients.
    3) Canadian version of MACRS- Canada offers company incentives similar to MACRS in the US. Client would like to be able to model that in Canadian commercial projects.

  4. When we are doing tile roofing with frames. We only want the $/SQ to correlate to the facet with PV only. All other facets should be excluded from SQ calcs.

  6. Today, the leads notes section comes in as one long sentence, this is tough to read. We'd like to be able to add line breaks in there to make it more readable.

  7. Client would like to see click and drag functionality at project creation for selected image to more accurately center the image rather than clicking directional arrows for image centering. Client also would like to see mouse scroll wheel functionality for zooming in/out at project details page in image creation.

  8. Client uses 3rd party Acrobat software to edit his PDF proposals. Currently, the available fonts in the proposal customization do not translate into Acrobat so the client would like additional, commonly used fonts to be made available on Solargraf.

  9. Client would like to see his company inverter list reflect in the same order at the project level as he has them in the company settings (Classic tool functionality). Currently, when changing inverters on the classic tool project, the client is required to scroll through the entire list of inverters, some of which he never uses and they are in no particular order, or perceived that way.

  12. Hello,

In the web quote, our address shows up in one line and does not show up in proper casing because this comes from Google API and we can't control this. Currently it is this way: "37390 Cedar Blvd suite b 1, Newark, CA 94560, USA...". I would like the "suite b 1" to be fixed as "Suite B1" or "Suite B-1".

Can you give us a way to control what it would show up in the quote?

Also, it would be nice to have City, State, Zipcode in second line instead of having a long line of address.

    Thanks,

  13. When using the Pen Tool on the (1) Roof tab, instead of having the passive mouse icon as a dot, could you please change the large dot to a fine crosshair symbol? Just the passive mouse icon. When you finally select a point, a large dot is fine. When you're trying to set up the initial roof drawing, the large dot obscures the areas of the roof that you are trying to select. A crosshair icon would obscure the imagery less and would require less zooming in and out to get the exact point that you want. After the point…

  14. Ground mount systems always cost more, if when selecting a ground mount system it would automatically incur a price change to the preselecting ppw increase it would be awesome

  16. The client said the quality of imagery in Hawaii is poor and without EagleView it's a waste of money to keep his SG account active (he had no choice because already signed up for a yearly subscription). Damon was able to use the tool consistently for a month while we still provided EagleView imagery and after that, he struggled a lot.

  18. The pricing and functionality of the meter collar doesn't fit into the grid tied or backup molds as they stand now.

The backup pricing is much higher than the grid tied, but has the backup and reserve functions that would be used for the meter collar.

The grid tied option is much closer in price and could have an adder on it, but doesn't have the reserve capability.

There needs to be a third option to have the correct pricing and backup functionality, otherwise these will have consistent design issues and lost revenue.

This is for PW3 and upcoming Meter…
