Option For Adder to be Private With Cost Showing
As an installer, we have an internal records keeping process that involves needing priced adders visible to us, however we want to keep these adders private from the customer. We would like to have an option to view private adders with costs for our record keeping.

Reference Photos on Virtual Site Assessment Tool
As an installer I would like the virtual site assessment tool to have reference photos for each section of needed images for assessment. Sales reps may not understand what photos need to be added and a reference will greatly help the process.

As an installer I would like to be able to set up discounts as follows - 10% discount calculated after subtracting the dollar-based discount
As an installer I would like to be able to set up discounts as follows - 10% discount calculated after subtracting the dollar-based discounts first, like this:
($29,600 – $1,016 – $370) × 10% = $2,821.40Basically I want percentage-based discounts being calculated on a net price after other dollar-based discounts.

Enable % of gross cost discounts to be applied before incentives
As an installer, I would like the option to apply a percentage-based discount to the gross system cost before incentives are calculated.
Currently, percentage discounts are applied after incentives, which limits pricing flexibility.

No Chat Support Available
Some users report that the “Chat with us!” button does not appear even during advertised support hours and after trying multiple browsers and devices.
Initial investigation shows that chat visibility is affected by privacy consent settings, where LiveChat Inc is disabled by default under Customer Interaction. However, at least one user reports that the chat button still does not appear even after enabling consent and refreshing the page.
This suggests there may be additional conditions affecting chat rendering (such as network restrictions, availability rules, or widget initialization) beyond privacy consent alone.

Add System Size Field to Export Project Functionality
As a client, I would like the functionality to export system size of individual projects to CSV via the export functionality in Solargraf.

Scaling after image change
Major flaw with changing imagery after a design has been started... You can change the image source, but you are NOT able to change the scale. This usually means you have to delete your design and start over if you want to use a different image

PDF file size/compression
File size compression from DWG to PDF, the file exceeds 30MB which is causing some difficulty for AHJ permitting submissions and other transmission issues.
