When we manually assign a project from sales rep A to sales rep B, we generally want to un-assign any other users who happen to be assigned to the project. We'd like an easy way to "un-assign all other users" whenever we assign a new user to a project

Display utility rebates on quote even with TPO is selected
For a utility cash rebate, even in the case of a lease or PPA, the utility pays out to the account holder (homeowner). So for any incentive that is "utility" type, you need to display this on the proposal even when a lease or PPA is selected.

Right now you have to manually pick which template applies to which project.

Client would like to see irradiance per meter squared on the roof.

Price Increase Cap
Client described an issue where reps are increasing the system price/price per watt at the project level. Client stated they are ok with their reps changing pricing, but they want a percentage limitation on how much the project price can be changed. Suggestion being 20% max change over what price or ppw is shown on the given project.

Inverter Availability At Project Level On Classic Design Tool
From client:
"When I select my panels on a project on the classic design tool, the panel dropdown shows only my favorited panels, however, when I am selecting an inverter on a project, the dropdown shows the entire Solargraf inverter list. I would like the inverters to display the same as the panels, in that I only see the inverters I have favorited the same as the panels."

As an installer, I'd like the pricing page to remember where I am on the page and keep me there once saving a specific adders
Right now - when I save an adder, it drags me back to the top of the page.

As an installer, I want the project list page to remember which page I was on when I exit from the pre-design page back to the project list
If I am on page 3 and exit, I am immediately returned to page 1.
