As an installer, I'd like to be able to seperate out the Roles and Permission for financing at Project level
Example:
Current permission: Add or edit financing options with a project
Stops user from both adding and editing.
Sales agent need to be able to:
Add financial option
Edit monthly payment
Not be able to change payment factors
This would apply only to manual loan configs
