As an installer, I want to be able to copy to clipboard shade data
Problem statement:
SEW want to be able to use a singular button to copy array data to Clipboard so that it can be pasted into IGS Portal. New IGS requirements need array level detail. Currently they have to:
-Generate/Download PDF
-Copy line item data from PDF (Cumbersome and not easy)
-Go line by line to enter manually each array level dataThis is time-consuming and also allows for room for error (array 1 could be pasted into array 2 etc.).

Enable customization of the shade report layout for LightReach projects
As an installer, I would like the ability to customize the shade report layout for LightReach projects.
The current shade report is primarily a technical loss report (TOF, SAV, TSRF percentages) and offers limited flexibility. Installers report that this format does not always support LightReach documentation or customer-facing needs, and additional layout control would help them present shading impact more clearly.2 votes -

As an installer, I would like a new formula for adders: $ / SQ of PV-hosting facets
When we are doing tile roofing with frames. We only want the $/SQ to correlate to the facet with PV only. All other facets should be excluded from SQ calcs.

Proposal/PDF Font Expansion
Client uses 3rd party Acrobat software to edit his PDF proposals. Currently, the available fonts in the proposal customization do not translate into Acrobat so the client would like additional, commonly used fonts to be made available on Solargraf.

Include the word "Solargraf" in PDF Shade Report
Lender requires a shade report and accepts Solargraf shade reports. However, the PDF shade report does not say "Solargraf" on it anywhere, only our company name and Enphase Energy. Would like the PDF shade report to say "Solargraf" on it somewhere.

Request for local engineers for plan sets
There's no way for Solargraf to offer engineering plans when the ones doing the plans are from out of the country. How is it possible that the plans we've submitted to the Building Department keep on getting rejected for minimal things that an engineer from the state SHOULD KNOW. But obviously they don't know because they are overseas. What a waste of time and money with you guys to do the plans we need. It's been months since we've been trying o get these permits approved and they keep on getting denied. Would love to get our money back so…

Lidar report improvements
Kudos to all the revamps for the solargraf tool. And also for the SWIFT ordered proposal. however, We can no longer send the a lidar report for a client. Because of how it looks this days. It used to look presentable before but seems that all we see now really are patches of orange and yellow with the roof nowhere to be found. hope you can fix this. I hope you try to make the ray circles a little bit smaller than now. (may not as small as before but make is smaller please!)

As an installer, when I order a permit I want system notifications by default
I would like to receive SMS and/or email notifications on any permit order on the account, without having to manually assign myself to every project and enable notifications.

Permit Portal Imaging
Have the same ratio image in the permit portal as the design tool. The permit portal image zooms in on the array, but in ground mount situations, the portal zooms to the array removing the house from the image making the placement of the MSP and UM difficult.
