Allow manual update of project status to Signed
Some customers have difficulty completing the e-sign process. Installers would like the ability to manually mark a project as “Signed” in the projects list when a customer has already signed outside the platform.
This would help keep project statuses accurate and reduce confusion when e-signing is not completed in Solargraf.

Feature request: Ability to switch project type between residential and commercial
It would be highly beneficial to have the ability to convert or duplicate a project between residential and commercial types within Solargraf.
If a user mistakenly builds out a design under the wrong project type (e.g., residential instead of commercial), there is currently no way to switch or transfer the work without starting over. This results in lost time and duplicated effort.
We recommend adding functionality that allows users to:
Convert an existing project from residential to commercial (and vice versa).
Or, duplicate the project into the correct type while preserving all design elements, consumption data, and production estimates.This…

As an installer, I want to filter projects based on the status of documents
Since a “signed” project per proposal status is not fully signed (where the installer requires a contract to be signed to complete the sale), it is better for installers to filter projects based on the status of their documents, rather than only the proposal.

As an installer, the dropdown to access Document Templates under Settings is confusing
Document Templates makes it sound like these are templates, and not a place where you can view if these additional documents have been sent to the client or not.
It would be good to have a column stating "Sent documents".

Manual "Status" update
It would be great to be able to manually update the status of a job. I don't use the tools that will automatically update the job, so I need to find other ways to track the job. Having this built in to the software would be really helpful.

Clear Search bar and Filters for Projects Page
When going to the projects page, the search bar keeps popping up with a previously entered term and previously selected filters. I want the search bar to be blank each time I pull up the project page and the filters to be reset each time.

Revert to Manage Incentive per project (Not option)
Ben wants the incentives to be managed by project rather than managing them per option of the project. He is frustrated with the changes, now he has to spend more time removing incentives because it's not being done intuitively. For example- His project at 32 Murasaki St has two options with no battery, and he had to remove the SGIP from those proposals. Also, the incentive amount field was changed from $/kWh to just $ amount and he wants it to go back.

Add Lumins to the materials page
https://www.luminsmart.com/ is a smart panel (kind of similar to span) used for load control. We install it with our battery projects and it would be great if we could have the spec sheet linked in the proposal!

As an installer, I want the latest price table to be used when resetting to standard pricing
When I click reset to standard pricing on the Pricing page, it should use the latest available pricing table under company settings (not the price table at the time the project was created).

Add an option to remove the blue banner from the webquote or move the proposal title.
Currently, the blue banner over the project webquote blocks the view of the cover photo.

To do so, go to the Solargraf Webquote and click the customize button. You will then see the option to Display proposal title above web-quote cover image.
