Add an option to remove the blue banner from the webquote or move the proposal title.
Currently, the blue banner over the project webquote blocks the view of the cover photo.

Users can now reposition the blue banner on their Solargraf project over the project title.
To do so, go to the Solargraf Webquote and click the customize button. You will then see the option to Display proposal title above web-quote cover image.
