As an installer, I want to filter projects based on the status of documents
Since a “signed” project per proposal status is not fully signed (where the installer requires a contract to be signed to complete the sale), it is better for installers to filter projects based on the status of their documents, rather than only the proposal.

Allow us to filter the Project List by document templates (not web quotes) being sent.
