Option to duplicate projects rather than having to create a whole new one
A lot of the time, clients want to show multiple options to their homeowners but at the moment, the only way they can do this is to either create multiple separate projects for the job, save one as a PDF or edit it on the spot, which takes time.
They would like to have a 'duplicate' button or something similar, so the project is duplicated for the most part and then they can go in and make any adjustments needed.

Update Materials List
I have noticed a large amount of time that is needed to enter all the spec info, data from data sheets and various components for the system in order to have the info for the permit set creation team - this is extremely time consuming and hard especially when i was led to believe Solargraf was the ultimate simple answer to my sales and permitting process - but major components are missing = Schneider inverters, Midnite Solar, Full River Batteries, Battle Born Batteries, Trojan, Renogy... etc I hope you take time several times a year to update your materials list…

Option to define install date (for Monthly Usage Breakdown)
Right now, the Usage Breakdown shows all the months in the year rather than just the months after going solar. So, if a solar system is offset 100% once installed, the monthly bill still shows as a number because, for the months before this, there was no system and so they were still paying a bill. This is misleading to clients, so it would be better to just show them the breakdown after going solar; the rest is irrelevant.

Option for default fire spacing in Settings page
Some cities have the same fire spacing on all properties, so to save time clients would like to be able to enter in default fire spacing in the Settings page that automatically applies to all projects.

Better Ground mount
Ground mounts needs to be improved. Need to be able to input how many rows and columns per array to properly build a ground mount solar system. As of right now the software can not do it. you should be able to draw the outline on the property and then with input it should auto populate with correct spacing.

PDF Pagination and Layout
Update PDF to have the customer information on the top right corner of all pages when saving as a PDF.
When saving Quotes as a PDF, these are the issues:
The payment schedule is split into two different pages and other pages with just a few lines in them.
The project overview page lists panels for each array under the solar proposal right side of the page and again under the array details. It is very redundant to have "Panels LG 350" Listed 3 times there and again under array details. Should only be listed once under the system info…

Add a third e-signature box on webquote for individual Sales rep
For a Quote Customization, it should have an option to have three signature boxes? One for your company, one for the prospective customer, and one for the salesperson, I thought is a good point to have in there.

Add the option to upload a document in the Terms and Conditions
At the moment, you can only upload documents in the Financing Options section in the Settings page, but some companies have contracts that are not related to the financing but more towards their companies terms. It would be useful to upload them in the Terms section so that it sends with all projects.

Option to define a default Loan option
Be able to choose a default loan that shows up on the proposal by default. The rest of the loans can be chosen from the drop down menu
