Simpliphi battery size wrong on proposal
Simpliphi battery size is wrong in your tool. Should be 3.8 kWh per battery (only shows "3" in Battery Pricing and on customer-facing proposal.

Add support chat button inside projects

Keep quote tracking for externally sent quote
I am no longer using the direct send from solargraf to send quotes to clients and instead am copying the link and sending the quote via my own sales email but the only problem is I no longer get the same tracking data. Can it also track these external opens?

Customer service before 9 am CST
There should be 24 hour or service help for EST customers as I am currently trying to build a system and once again there is a bug in the software to where I am unable to move on to the next step after having found the home for an address that your software put way out of the way.

custom ppw should not revert to default when adders are changed
If the project ppw is adjusted to a custom ppw, it should not revert back to the default ppw when adders and discounts are changed. it would also be nice if there was a way to save the history of what pricing has been shown and how it has changed

Do not require pricing for Grid tied and backup battery all at the same tim
In battery pricing table, an amount is required for every line item leading to a lot of time for setup.
The request is to not make them all a requirement to move on and save.
