  1. Manually updating the terms and conditions increases the risk

    Technical Challenge: The current system cannot dynamically change the terms and conditions according to the customer's selected financial option.
    Proposed Solution: Develop functionality within the solargraph application that would:
    Store different versions of the terms and conditions, each clearly tied to either the purchase or PPA option.
    Display the appropriate terms and conditions automatically when the customer selects their financial option.

  2. Items with a discount before tax credit/customize battery

    Having a discount apply to the solar and other additions before the 30% tax credit. I have been listing our batteries as a new item. That worked beautifully until I needed to provide a discount. I had to set up a separate discount for the battery (It is not a battery that you offer - I do not want to devote half a screen to a picture that says "Storage") I uploaded a picture of the battery and as much information as I have the battery, but it does it's own calculation and the numbers on the proposal about the…

  3. Contracts included in PDF like Terms and Conditions

    Contracts or documents attached to the financing option do not download attached/included with PDF. They need it to be attached like the terms and conditions to download with PDF and not separately.

  9. Depreciation for residential homes

    It will be nice if we have the ability to depreciate a residential system along with the federal tax credit. I have tax advisors that state we are able to depreciate a residential solar system as we do commercial.
