Choose which panel is first on proposals when using multiple
be able to choose which panel shows at the top of the material list when using different panels. there are many customers wanting to add to existing panels, and if you draw in the existing system and the add on, the existing panels will be highlighted on the proposal because there are more of that panel, but it would be better to be able to choose to have the proposal focus on the new panel.
