As an installer I would like to include more information in PDF proposal. The additional information pop up windows for the live proposal mo
As an installer, I would like the PDF proposal to include the same detailed information that is available in the web quote.
Currently, the web quote displays additional details in the monthly breakdown (via pop-up views) that are not included in the PDF version. Including this information—such as production exported—would ensure consistency between the web and PDF proposals and reduce the need for follow-up explanations or manual documentation.

Add control to adjust maximum string length when generating permit sets
As an installer, I would like the ability to adjust the maximum string length when generating a permit set.
This would allow the auto-generated permit documents to better match project-specific design requirements and local permitting standards.1 vote -

Enable customization of the shade report layout for LightReach projects
As an installer, I would like the ability to customize the shade report layout for LightReach projects.
The current shade report is primarily a technical loss report (TOF, SAV, TSRF percentages) and offers limited flexibility. Installers report that this format does not always support LightReach documentation or customer-facing needs, and additional layout control would help them present shading impact more clearly.2 votes -
Add support for pre-paid lease financing for HDM
As an installer, I would like Solargraf to support a pre-paid lease option for HDM projects.
In this model, the customer pays 80% upfront, and HDM pays the remaining 20% to the contractor on the back end. The lease term is 6 years, after which the customer owns the system.
Supporting this structure in Solargraf would allow installers to accurately model pricing, payments, and ownership terms without using workarounds.

SLD Generation for Powerwall 3 - 80A Backfeed and RSD Not Needed
When generating a Single Line Diagram (SLD) for a Tesla Powerwall 3, Solargraf currently defaults to a 60A backfeed breaker, even though an 80A backfeed is supported by Tesla.
In addition, the SLD includes a Rapid Shutdown Device (RSD) even when the inverter/battery is installed outdoors, where an RSD is not required.
It would be helpful to be able to edit these values directly within Solargraf (e.g., backfeed breaker size and RSD inclusion) instead of having to modify the DWG manually.

Automatically carry forward existing system production data for system expansions
When adding a system expansion, the existing system’s solar production data should automatically be included in the usage information.
Currently, installers must manually go back and re-enter this data. Automatically carrying it forward would improve accuracy, reduce manual work, and prevent errors when modeling expansions.

Enable % of gross cost discounts to be applied before incentives
As an installer, I would like the option to apply a percentage-based discount to the gross system cost before incentives are calculated.
Currently, percentage discounts are applied after incentives, which limits pricing flexibility.

As an installer, I'd like to be able to limit the SKU selection drop-down on GL app page
For example SILFAB440 has 5 different SKU.
This can be confusing to Sales rep and allows mistakes to be made.
We'd like to be able to map SKU in company settings.

No Chat Support Available
Some users report that the “Chat with us!” button does not appear even during advertised support hours and after trying multiple browsers and devices.
Initial investigation shows that chat visibility is affected by privacy consent settings, where LiveChat Inc is disabled by default under Customer Interaction. However, at least one user reports that the chat button still does not appear even after enabling consent and refreshing the page.
This suggests there may be additional conditions affecting chat rendering (such as network restrictions, availability rules, or widget initialization) beyond privacy consent alone.
Because the chat button may not render at all,…

As an installer, I want to define multiple solar price tables per state
Although we do support price tables per state, we support only one per state. If an installer wants their reps to choose between a “premium” panel at $3.50 per watt in California, or a “standard” panel at $3.25 per watt in California, they currently can’t do so.
