Upgrade for user managment and exporting of proposals.
1, Make the proposal information exportable, with a field that says what project it's associated with. 2. Keep the old owner for a project or at least a placeholder that says who the old owner was when we delete a user. Right now if I delete a use all their info goes to me, Brian and how will I know what projects were the old users projects?

Notify Project Owner when customer opens expired proposal
You recently added functionality to set an proposal expiration date, which I like. It would be great to notify the project owner that a customer tried to open an expired proposal so the project owner can follow up

The system shall allow users to work on the opted cloned proposal without returning to option #1 after any modification
When working on a cloned proposal, the system defaults to option 1 ( the initial proposal ) after performing any modification.
Example: The client is working on proposal #2. He /she updates the pricing section and clicks on save. After this, the client will be redirected automatically to the original proposal (proposal#1). If the installer wants to modify another section of proposal #2, he/she has to select the option again, and so on.

Formatting Control Over Savings Section
Make the coloring on the savings section more customizable!
We would like to send out proposals that use our brand coloring, ubt the only section that stays dark blue is the savings section and it just looks odd to have one section a different color.

Manage Signatures Using User Roles
The Manage Signatures has been a problem. I now know that any proposal that has already been sent out before the release needs to be configured for the correct signature and resent. If the customer signed before the release, we need to manage sigs on the quote and resend. The issue now is if I set up the installer sigs to be the project owner, what happens if the customer signs and the installer is not available? What if they are on vacation for a month? For us to sign we need to change the installer assignment and resend. It…

Average Utility Bill should be based on entire project lifetime, not just first year
We are noticing that the estimated new utility bill is only based on year 1 billings which is essentially higher than what we would like to show in the grand scheme of things so I hope you guys can consider making a way to extend the time table for this average billing so we can base it on the length of the loan or the length of the savings we are trying to base everything else on (30yrs). This would help greatly and reduce the need to explain the difference between what the proposal is showing and what the utility…

Edit project in downloaded proposals
A client wants the downloaded proposals to be editable so that they can retain the original design elements while editing text content, preferably in MS PowerPoint.

More customizable proposal sections
Add the ability to "drag & drop" proposal sections, possibly resize them, and toggle on/off different values within sections. An example of this would be in the "Energy Usage" section. Being able to default view the monthly graph and toggle the different consumption/production/utility values on/off. Another option could be to show utility above production and the sum of the two equaling consumption.

Show historical data using Genability.
To show a comparison of previous years bills on the proposal of what the client’s rate was in 2019, 2020, and 2021. This is for his sales team to show utility rate inflation over the past few years to home owners.

The Inflation Reduction Act should be displayed in the Solargraf proposal
The Inflation Reduction Act should be displayed in the Solargraf proposal, especially for commercial customers. There's now a 2.6 % production tax credit.
Example - if the system generates 100,000-kilowatt hours this year, the owner can get back from the government 2.66% or $2600. The IRA calls it the production tax credit.
