Manage Signatures Using User Roles
The Manage Signatures has been a problem. I now know that any proposal that has already been sent out before the release needs to be configured for the correct signature and resent. If the customer signed before the release, we need to manage sigs on the quote and resend. The issue now is if I set up the installer sigs to be the project owner, what happens if the customer signs and the installer is not available? What if they are on vacation for a month? For us to sign we need to change the installer assignment and resend. It would be much better to allow the signatures on a role hierarchy level based on who is managed by whom. So if the manage sigs has {project owner}, any user in a role about the project owners level who has the correct project permissions (may even a new one) should be able to sign.
