Average Utility Bill should be based on entire project lifetime, not just first year
We are noticing that the estimated new utility bill is only based on year 1 billings which is essentially higher than what we would like to show in the grand scheme of things so I hope you guys can consider making a way to extend the time table for this average billing so we can base it on the length of the loan or the length of the savings we are trying to base everything else on (30yrs). This would help greatly and reduce the need to explain the difference between what the proposal is showing and what the utility bill will be further down the road.
