Add to extra costs user permission to remove extra costs
This user permissions should be "Add and Delete" extra projects costs. Not just add. If users accidently add something they now can't remove it which doesn't make a lot of sense.

Dear customer,
This feature has been completed and is now available in Solargraf.
We've added the ability to enable or disable extra costs and discounts at the project level. When an item has been added using the "+" icon, a toggle appears next to it.
Turning the toggle off will exclude the item from the design’s financial calculations.
