Allow different sections to be shown in different options of the same proposal
Allow proposals to be adjusted to have different sections turned on or off in different options. for example, if you are showing two different types of panels, it would be nice to have the proposal for Option 1 show the section about Panel 1 and have Option 2 in that same proposal show the section for Panel 2 and not show the section for Panel 1.
