CRM integration
Support custom CRM integrations with Solargraf. The current method of using Zapier is not enough, it is limited to creating leads and exporting project data (but only certain data fields). Also, not all tools are available on Zapier.

Harold was not open to any retention offer. He has moved all his sales team to SOLO. He is willing to pay extra for getting the proposals ready in less than 24 hours, easy CRM integration, and Docusign. The client was hoping Solargraf would include this feature for a while and it never happened so he moved his team to Solo. The client is also not interested in Paas

I spoke with Miguel, he is switching to Solo due to functionality. He explained they have recently made a lot of positive changes and now offer CRM integration capabilites.
