To improve UI to model loans in solargraf
The client finds it difficult to add loans in Solargraf. His team requested several times assistance with modeling Almika's loans. His team received live chat support, direct assistance from the financing team, and the client also took financing orientation with the training team.
On March 16th, Ryan asked for a refund due to an incorrect dealer fee setup. After completing our internal review ( calls, emails, and live chat communications) it was concluded the error was on the client's side, there was a miscommunication within their staff. Even though the refund was declined we offered to schedule another financing orientation to assist him with his concerns, including training for Goodleap integration. Two training sessions were scheduled, the client was a no-show twice.
