Disclaimer Customer has or has not provided 12 months on proposal
Sometimes the customer does not supply 12 months of electric bills or usage ...
Sometimes customers recently bought the home for instance...
I can see this causing a problem for both contractor and SG because the solar proposal may not be accurate because of a lack of proper input of customer-provided data...
would like a required check box for 12 months of Electric bills provided Yes or No
If "No" a disclaimer should be added to the proposal .. something like:
Since the customer has not provided 12 months of electric bills .... the following sections are projections and not guaranteed: solar system bill offset , bill savings, and usage breakdown. For a more accurate estimate number, we encourage customers to provide 12 months of electric bills.
