Add the option to upload a document in the Terms and Conditions

At the moment, you can only upload documents in the Financing Options section in the Settings page, but some companies have contracts that are not related to the financing but more towards their companies terms. It would be useful to upload them in the Terms section so that it sends with all projects.

    Allow users to upload a custom contract (in PDF format) for Terms and Conditions. Current method of copying and pasting leads to poor formatting and is time consuming.

    upload multiple documents as needed and if we could also include customizing the title of that document. .
