Text only notification as a general setting
Please let the design team know that it would be very helpful to be able to choose how we want to be notified when a customer has opened their quote as a "General" setting capability. I only want to receive text messages, I don't like it when my inbox is flooded with email alerts every time a customer opens their quote. I would rather not have to click on "text only" and unclick "email receipt" for every proposal I send. no way to know where you are with the 33% roof coverage rule. When you go over 33% it changes all the setbacks to default rather than ridge

While Solargraf does not display a ratio like the one you're looking for, if you click on a subarray of panels you should see some information towards the top left that might help. As an installer I'd like to add as "Hours per day in Summer" and "Hours per day in Winter" when adding Pools in Appliances
Generally speaking, most people don't use their pool all year long and chlorine lasts longer in the winter than in the summer, because the sun "eats" it.
My pool at home generally runs about 6 hours per day for filtration and 2 hours per day for chlorination in the winter, then 8 hours per day for filtration and 4 hours per day for chlorination in the summer. Maybe it could be as simple as "Hours per day in Summer" and "Hours per day in Winter" then Solargraf's calculations blend that through the year?1 vote -

Choose which panel is first on proposals when using multiple
be able to choose which panel shows at the top of the material list when using different panels. there are many customers wanting to add to existing panels, and if you draw in the existing system and the add on, the existing panels will be highlighted on the proposal because there are more of that panel, but it would be better to be able to choose to have the proposal focus on the new panel.

How can we model Community Energy Aggregators (like 3CE in CA)?
Many of our customers use a Community Energy Aggregator for their electricity generation. But Solargraf does not seem to give users the option to show that generation is done by a 3rd party. We really need to be able to model Central Coast Community Energy (3CE, https://3cenergy.org/) to correctly model financials in our Solargraf proposals. Is this a fix that is on your list to implement? If not, PLEASE ADD THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Live Metering
In the Utility settings and under the "Grid Connection Type" drop down can you please consider adding "Live Metering". Live metering is where the utility company states that "all excess production will be bought back at the utilities avoided cost AKA wholesale cost. This is typically a 1 : .58 ratio. Usage Breakdown monthly bar graph bar width
On the "Useage Breakdown" monthly bar graph, can you please consider adjusting the width of the bars three to four times wider. Currently they look like needles and the visual impact is minimal.

Display Monthly Consumption as $ in the Utility Settings
In the utility section, when displaying the customer's monthly consumption, it currently predicts the consumption in kWh. You can hover over any month and it shows the kWh for that month. I would also like to see the $/month. Either as a toggle, simultaneously, or in the save hover action.
Customers sometimes say "Well my power bill in the summer is X but in the winter is is Y". While I can enter this by adding two custom bills, I can't confirm the pricing data.

Manually updating the terms and conditions increases the risk
Technical Challenge: The current system cannot dynamically change the terms and conditions according to the customer's selected financial option.
Proposed Solution: Develop functionality within the solargraph application that would:
Store different versions of the terms and conditions, each clearly tied to either the purchase or PPA option.

Items with a discount before tax credit/customize battery
Having a discount apply to the solar and other additions before the 30% tax credit. I have been listing our batteries as a new item. That worked beautifully until I needed to provide a discount. I had to set up a separate discount for the battery (It is not a battery that you offer - I do not want to devote half a screen to a picture that says "Storage") I uploaded a picture of the battery and as much information as I have the battery, but it does it's own calculation and the numbers on the proposal about the…

Contracts included in PDF like Terms and Conditions
Contracts or documents attached to the financing option do not download attached/included with PDF. They need it to be attached like the terms and conditions to download with PDF and not separately.
