1. FEDERAL TAX CREDIT NOT BEING CALCULATED IN THE PDF

   WHEN PAYMENTS ARE CALCULATED IN THE PDF IT NEED TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE PROPOSAL. IN THE PDF THE FEDERAL TAX CREDIT IS NOT BEING CALCULATED SO IT SHOWS A HIGHER LOAN AMOUNT. REALLY CONFUSING TO OUR CUSTOMERS

3. Make Chat option easier to find

   Please make your CHAT WITH US feature easier to find.

   Most other companies already have a easy link that pops up on the page once I pull up their product page. (Would you like to Chat with Us?)

   It would seem to me as a tech company, this should have been done long before me having to ask for this.

5. have the option on Project Timeline to calculate steps based on % of TOTAL project cost

   Currently SG's timeline calculates the % of the timeline based on the project price - any other fixed amounts from the other steps.
   The user needs to have the option on the Project Timeline to calculate every % step based on the % of TOTAL project cost without the fixed costs playing a factor.

    1. Adding a new loan option default AFTER creating a proposal does not show the new loan option.
       (confirmed bug, will create bug card)

    *** THIS IS CRUCIAL to being able to right size the array. Having this instant feedback will greatly improve the speed and relative ease of figuring out the right amount of panels to quote someone
    Also, we are fully aware the loan terms, efficiency, etc factor into the above savings differential, this feature would just make it a lot easier to calculate

    1. The year over year chart is WRONG It takes a single month’s calculation and extrapolates it across 12 months This does not factor in months where there is more sun production. 15. Making the 'Detailed Information' Section in 'Manage Sections' More Customizable.

    What we would like to have is the bottom part where it shows the payments breakdown, at the top, and the part showing the loan amount at the bottom on the opposite end.

    Loan payments, estimated new utility bill and estimated new monthly bill at the top
    then below Loan Term, Loan APR and Loan amount on the bottom in that order

16. Allow for no-metering in utility settings

    Allow for the ability to add or remove certain columns in the Month-by-Month details on the proposal.

    Our state doesn't have net metering credits so it shows up as 0 causing customer questions.

17. Hide Panel Type

    Allow option to hide equipment type. With supply chain issues as of late, we could end up changing out the panel type before construction. Most customers don't care what type panel so why introduce a name to them at this point in the sales funnel?

    think it would be a good idea to have within a proposal a section where we can see out material and labor costs to the company to make sure that we are hitting our company gross profit margin marker. A cross-reference, our cost vs customer cost.

20. Off Grid Support - No need for utility settings - Need skip option

    On a new project, could you please put an option for "Off Grid." All we have to do is check mark that box and it will negate the finance part of designing a system.
