Permit Portal Imaging
Have the same ratio image in the permit portal as the design tool. The permit portal image zooms in on the array, but in ground mount situations, the portal zooms to the array removing the house from the image making the placement of the MSP and UM difficult.

Display Extra Cost amount
In order to pay sales commission, I need to know what amount to pay. I have configured Solargraf to automatically add an Extra Cost item that is x% of the Solar Price. I would like for Solargraf to display, not only the "x% of the Solar Price" but also the dollar amount. It would be great if Solargraf did that for all the Extra Cost items that are configured to be expressed in terms of a percentage.

Do not require pricing for Grid tied and backup battery all at the same tim
In battery pricing table, an amount is required for every line item leading to a lot of time for setup.
The request is to not make them all a requirement to move on and save.

Extra costs
When Sunlight back up is added in the design portion it should add the extra cost associated with it in the extra costs section. with out having to select it manually in the extra costs section.

To improve the 3D design tool performance when using the phone or table.
The 3D design tool crashes 90% of the time. 3D modeling takes too long to process in front of a customer.
Scenarios: when creating the design and when calculating shading
Device type: 2020 tables or older; the reps use 90% of the time Ipads. It takes more time for Mac pro, but it happens.1 vote -
More robust tool (cache or other doesn't crash)
Super frustrating - 2nd weekend in a row where your tool was unusable and no "support" to fix it. Something gets jammed up where it won't refresh or save, and ctl+f5 , rebooting and cleaning cache won't fix it. Starting over on brand new projects - still wouldn't save it.
Suggesting to make more reliable, giving tools to fix it, or having staff available until you do fix it...
Nothing fancy here - windows 10, laptop, using chrome. Other "hosted" tools wok fine...

DocuSign signed projects to change the status of the project to signed
Have managers be able to move projects to sold in backend without having the customer have to sign the proposal or have the Docusign be sufficient as a signature acceptance

There should be a way to easily download all of the projects proposals you have created as pdfs. without have to download each one indivisually.

Black on black panels
We would like to see the black-on-black panels, specifically the Q.PEAK DUO BLK ML-G10.a+ 400Watt show as all black panels. Right now, there are grey borders around the entire panel and around each cell. We would like those to be black. A screenshot is attached for how we would like it to look.

De-couple ROI and Payback to display on proposal
Can you please give us an option to show ROI or Payback in years.. Right now this setting is a combo setting, so if we want to see # of years for payback, we also must display the ROI. I would like those two numbers to be de-coupled so we can show one or the other, or both if we choose. Thank you.

Change Name of "Grid Tied Battery" in Battery Design
On your Battery Design page, it is confusing how you name the check box/option for "Grid Tied System" - Please consider changing the name of this check box. Most battery-backup systems are still grid-tied. So if you're needing that check box to signify that the battery "will not be backing up the home when the grid is down," i.e. for NEM3 bill savings optimization, then the field maybe should be named "Battery not for backup in grid outage." Or something shorter that communicates that message. Thank you for your consideration.

naming projects
in projects there should be a way to differ between projects at the same address. so if we have to requote at a specific address we could see the different past quotes we did and how we label them. Sometimes we have to have several because of different usage models and we can not tell what that one model is from the list.
