Upload custom background image for RG proposal
As a User, I should be able to upload my own background images under Company Settings, and also to upload these from the Proposal Menu.

You can now upload your own custom background image under the “Webquote cover image” section in Company Settings.

As a client I would like an option to add my own webquote cover image

Tim Andersen will sign on Gold if he can upload his own image for the background of the proposal.
