  1. To manage an account, PSMs need the ability to immediately unsubscribe or change the subscription on an account. This came up because Andy (PSM) needed to change an annual package to a monthly one to prevent churn and was unable to.

  7. I would like the changes I make on one option translate to the second and third option as well. Right now we need to go in each template and add the addons, one by one which is very time consuming

  8. When we go to clients homes we show them the different qualities and types of underlayment that they can pick from. I would like there to be a section on the proposal where they can check off the upgrades to better/different quality of underlayments.

  9. This user would like a way to send new leads into Roofgraf automatically, without needing to manually enter their data (name, address, contact details, etc).

    This could be done by either generating a custom web form (to be embedded on their website), or via integration with his existing lead generation tools or CRM.

  11. This user would like an option to sort projects on the Jobs page.

    Specifically, he would like to sort by:

    Date Created
    Date Last Updated
    Date Signed

    This feature could be expanded to allow you to sort by other factors (Contract Price for Won jobs, for example), by popular demand.

  13. This user would like a selection of PDF templates to choose from when creating PDF proposals, BOMs, and later Work Orders and Invoices.

    He feels that the current PDFs do not look sufficiently professional / personalized.

  14. This roofer would like the Job Details page to display in tabs, like an Excel document has sheets.

    One sheet for Client Info, one for measurements (drawing tool and roof report)

    One for estimating (templates, cost & pricing summary)

    One for Invoice, etc
