Price Locking to prevent system from changing price
Price locking.
When the price per watt is manually adjusted, the price should not automatically get changed by the system when changes are made to the layout.
Either prevent the system from overriding a manual change that was made, or add a toggle to lock the per watt price when manually adjusted.3 votes -

Include panel type and count on project screen.
Show panel count and panel type on the main project page without having to open the drawing to see the panel type and count to make add on price adjustments easier on the sales team as certain add on prices are based on panel count, type, and/or location/roof type for that section of the project.

Be able to re-order extra cost items more easily
At the moment, if a client wants to rearrange the order the extra cost items are in, they have to delete them and add them again in that order OR edit each one so it moves to the bottom of the list.
Having a click and drag to rearrange them will be more efficient.

Add the option to upload a document in the Terms and Conditions
At the moment, you can only upload documents in the Financing Options section in the Settings page, but some companies have contracts that are not related to the financing but more towards their companies terms. It would be useful to upload them in the Terms section so that it sends with all projects.

Have the Project Step completion emails show company's info and not Solargraf's
When a client is notified that a project step is complete, the email they get shows Solargraf's logo and contact information. This doesn't make sense considering the homeowner will not be contacting us, but the company.

Be able to take price off Adder in Pricing
ability to NOT show the price of an adder under the pricing breakdown. So they give a 2 year guarantee but dont want to show the price.

Option to duplicate projects rather than having to create a whole new one
A lot of the time, clients want to show multiple options to their homeowners but at the moment, the only way they can do this is to either create multiple separate projects for the job, save one as a PDF or edit it on the spot, which takes time.
They would like to have a 'duplicate' button or something similar, so the project is duplicated for the most part and then they can go in and make any adjustments needed.

Option to Edit or Delete Project Notes
Clients would like to be able to edit or delete the Project Notes they enter because a lot of them use this as communication between the reps. and if a note is entered incorrectly, it can get confusing. It would be easier to just be able to delete the note altogether or modify it.

Customer Portal
We would like a note system so that the customer can upload their own picture or make there own comment.
It would be nice if the customer could notify the solar installers through solargraf or give us a notification. so all the communication happened through the app.
The home owner can take pictures of their attics and the electrical panel where the breakers are at, the meter and where the solar panels will go.
This will save so much time for sales guys. so we dont have to go out to the home.1 vote -
option to have an alert if there is already a project under that address

I'm wondering if there is a way that when we go to create a new project in SolarGraf, that an alert will pop up if there is already a project under that address. I don't want our reps to have access to every project created but I also don't want them to give proposals to clients that are already working with someone else. Is there something we can do to facilitate this? Thanks and I look forward to your feedback
