option to have an alert if there is already a project under that address

I'm wondering if there is a way that when we go to create a new project in SolarGraf, that an alert will pop up if there is already a project under that address. I don't want our reps to have access to every project created but I also don't want them to give proposals to clients that are already working with someone else. Is there something we can do to facilitate this? Thanks and I look forward to your feedback
