    -How often do the clients open the proposal
    -Where do they spend their time in which section?
    -The goal is to make good use of the follow-ups. If the client hasn't signed the contract, what are the sections in which the homeowner is spending the most amount of time?

When changing the project price on the project level, it does update on the webquote immediately, it takes several seconds, unless you change the financing option ( that is the only way it happens immediately). The client asked if there is a way to sort a thinking circle that shows the system is recalculating the information on the proposal. This would help them a lot when pitching clients.

  11. When I make changes like BOM-Based pricing, It seems like projects are locked into whatever the setting is when I create the project. This is kind of frustrating when some projects could be BOM-Based and others not… But they are all locked into whatever I started as. Could this be better utilized at a project level or changing when settings change, rather than company-wide and locked?

  12. We want the ability for batteries to be a standard inclusion into our offering rather than a line item. Therefore, we want it priced as $0. Currently, I have it priced at $1 and $2 (because system make larger batteries have to be priced higher than smaller batteries) so it at least populates, but I don't want the sales rep to have to remember to reduce their overall price by $1 and $2.

  16. Currently project data can be exported to CSV. The request is to add .xlsx and PDF as file types to be downloaded.

    Customer understands that CSV can be opened in Google Sheets or Excel and printed to PDF, but he'd like to skip those steps and export directly to these file types.

  20. I'd like to see a grand total of pricing listed under the pricing tab under 'Manage Project'. The only way of currently reviewing the total price is to look at 'preview quote' or to download the proposal.
