Add Proposal Option and Document Notes (Improve internal communication)
We would like to have a Notes field that is specific to the Proposal Option. If we had a Proposal with 3 Options, we would like to have a separate Note for each Option.
Please also make this accessible to the Placeholders in Document Templates.
This would be helpful, particularly in some of the more complex installations, to capture and persist information that addresses some of the nuances that exist in the installation. The goal is for us to create satisfied customers. This Notes field would help us achieve that end by facilitating communication between sales staff, back office staff and the installers.
