As an installer I would like to be able to set "Manual" panel placement as default rather than "Auto" so I am able to manually place panels
As an installer I would like to be able to set "Manual" panel placement as default rather than "Auto" so I am able to manually place panels in my designs without having to make that selection within the project each time
