As an installer, I want to define a custom target DC to AC ratio
User doesn’t want his reps to have to change the DC to AC ratio on every project. But he doesn’t want more than one PW3 inverter to be added when auto-stringing. So either we change auto-stringing such that it doesn’t ask for target DC to AC (or rather, asks for desired quantity of inverters), or we let him define his own target DC to AC ratio (in his case, 1.45) which is used by default on new projects.
