Edit Incentives At Project Level
Client has a local NYC residential property tax abatement incentive that amortizes payments annually for the first 4 years.
Incentive structure:
- 30% of project cost divided into firs 4 years of financing. (7.5% per year)
- Reamortizes monthly payment annually for first 4 years.
- Not an income tax incentive.
