Allow Canadians to choose default price tables per province
Where an installer works in more than one Canadian province, they'll want to define solar price tables for each, and have the tool select the default price table depending on the project's location

As a client, I would like to have Canadian provinces added to the pricing table template creation for default areas, similar to US states being able to be set as default.
Current behavior:
- Pricing template creation shows area dropdown field, but when dropdown is clicked, field says "none". (Screenshot attached)Desired behavior:
- When creating a pricing template, I would like to see all Canadian provinces available to set as default, similar to how the system functions with US states being address based.
