Allow battery pricing to include cents
Battery pricing should support decimal values (cents) instead of requiring whole-dollar amounts only.
This would allow for more accurate pricing and avoid rounding workarounds.

IN PRICING ....
BATTERY FIELD IS EXCLUDING CENTS. SOLAR FIELD HAS ABILITY. I NEED THE BATTERY FIELD TO HAVE XXXXX.XX AVAILABILITY. THANKS
