As a parent admin, I want to export parent or child projects as CSV without impersonating a user
Kind of a bug but probably there for a long time. Parent admins don’t see the “export projects as CSV” button on the projects page. For child accounts, they can impersonate any user on that child account with the required permission, and download projects for that child. But they can’t impersonate any parent user, so can’t download the parent’s projects. Since we now allow them to see both parent and child projects from parent’s projects page, it is preferable for them to be able to download projects from parent’s project list.
