As an installer I want to increase the number of battiers. Up to 16 for PW3 and 24 for IQ5P

Right now it's maxed at 4 for PW3 and 8 for IQ5P, we can install multiple gateways with 4 PW3 per gateway. Meaning we can easily exceed 4 PW3.
