MA Fire setback design correction

Please update the setback requirements for modules from the ridge when occupying <33% of roof space. Our Massachusetts fire code as stated in 11.12.3.2.4.1 requires space on "EITHER" side, not "BOTH" sides. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. Thank you for assisting in resolving this so that all installers can fit more modules as allowed by code standards.

    Please update the fire setback settings to be correct. In MA, setback from the ridge is only required on one side of the roof. The code is written as "either side" and not "both sides". I have spoken with multiple inspectors who agree that many are misinterpreting the code to requires setbacks from the ridge on BOTH sides. I have attached a copy of the MA Fire Code with the relevant information highlighted.
