Items with a discount before tax credit/customize battery
Having a discount apply to the solar and other additions before the 30% tax credit. I have been listing our batteries as a new item. That worked beautifully until I needed to provide a discount. I had to set up a separate discount for the battery (It is not a battery that you offer - I do not want to devote half a screen to a picture that says "Storage") I uploaded a picture of the battery and as much information as I have the battery, but it does it's own calculation and the numbers on the proposal about the battery kWh are wrong. TS suggested adding a customized section - he is trying to help. But, then I would be adding more visual area in the proposal to highlight an add-on than I have to display the solar installation. That is counterproductive. There has to be a better way to add a battery to the option and allow a discount before the tax credit.
