Clarification from the client:
The way the 3D design tool errors out, multiple ''please try again'' error messages appear when an error happens. It stops the rep from fixing the mistake immediately.
We offered to ''probably '' lower the error messages when multiple errors occur simultaneously. Probably one big textbox instead of separate messages
