As an installer, I want a separate line in the comparison chart for New utility bill
Currently, the new (post solar) utility bill is present in the G/B/B comparison chart in web quote when using Cash, but when using loans or other financing, it shows the total solar payment value.
The request is to separate these two so that new utility bill is always present and solar payments are present when financing is chosen.
