Automatically enable can edit/view project notes
Default can edit project notes for all roles setup in the user settings on a company level, the admin can go and disable it if they wish.
We created a new role of viewing and editing project notes, which enables admins to remove or allow for that access to other roles.
Prior to this change, everyone that had access to a specific project could add/edit or view notes. Now this permission was removed globally as the new checkmark is not checked by default which means that many users don’t have access to this and for the most part the admins that reported this issue may not be aware of these changes to the roles and permissions so it leaves many salespeople, and other roles confused as to what happened and having to manually go back and edit the roles and permissions or communicate with their account admin to checkmark this box.
