Customizing terms and conditions acceptance boxes
Is it possible to change the wording for the button that people click for the Terms and Conditions? Our attorney is asking for it to say the highlighted below. Seems like a simple switch, he said this covers us better if someone says they didn't read the terms. Also could there be an additional box to click that reads the second part below?
Current Language:
"I accept the Terms & Conditions"
Proposed Updated Language (two check boxes):
"By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions"
2nd Part:
"By signing below, I state that I have read and understood the Proposal and approve Oak Electric Service, Inc. to perform the Work under this Agreement"
