Show inverse SAV values in the design tool
The SAV Values that the user currently enters in their drawing tool is equivalent to the inverse of the values we generate in the shade report. The request here is that we provide the inverse SAV values directly (ex: instead of 70% we should provide 100-70% = 30%) to save the user's time.
