Allow users to search projects by type (residential/commercial)
Add commercial and residential to project search algorithm. Allow for easy export of project lists based on commercial and residential search functionality.

I have a few business deals that it would be nice to find easily... any way to sort that by business / residential?
Filter to be added on basis on type of project

From the project search page to see if a project is commercial or residential before having to click on it to see and going to the general settings
