As an installer, I want to filter for my ordered proposals on the Projects page
Currently, having the ‘Proposal Ordered’ filter selected alone is not enough to display the list of projects for which a design was ordered from the Solargraf team. This only shows projects for which an order is outstanding, not projects which have since moved to Sent, Seen, Signed, etc.
