Support Additional Paydown for Goodleap Loans
Support additional paydowns at the end of month 18 for Goodleap loans (in addition to the federal ITC).
When you only apply the ITC towards the incentive in the loan setup (old UI on SG Classic), both monthly payments (before and after ITC) match Goodleap's calculator. However, when you apply an additional pay down at month 18 (ITC + Illinois SREC Shines) neither of the pre or post paydown monthly payments are correct.
