Proposal link locked
We should have a way to LOCK a system from being altered once it is sold and it would be labelled as sold to salespeople. Admin can modify but when we give several quotes and financing options selling a customer, then have to go back and look sometime months later we salespeople forget which system we sold them and what finance option?

We need to be able to "Lock" the actual sold system in Solargraf. When we go back weeks or months later to view for a change order or any reason most of us sales guys can't remember which system and or finance option we offered them we actually sold.

One thing that would be super helpful in automating some processes would be if, once a proposal is signed, the other "options" could be automatically voided/deleted. Rather than having our team have to manually remove them.

Sometimes changes are made to signed projects and if a homeowner opens the link to the live quote, the information will be different to the quote they agreed to, causing mistakes and errors for financing, incentives and tax purposes.
To avoid this, once a project has been signed, we should deactivate the link to the live web quote. If a homeowner clicks on this, we can send out a notification to the client to let them know their customer is trying to access it, so they should get in touch.
