Specify required fields and supported image format when adding a Panel
On "Add panel" form in the Solargraf settings page (https://app.solargraf.com/companies/19572/settings/materials/panel/new):
While trying to add a panel, it was failing because the image wasn't in an approved format. Two requests coming from this experience:
- Please mention what file formats are approved in the same place users can upload the panel image,
- Please specify on this page which fields are optional and which are required,
